Events and Meetings

The RIIT Group Events and Meetings Team provides support and maintenance of teaching technology, as well as support, consultation, and instruction for users of Smeal classrooms and conference rooms. To request support, or for more information on teaching in the University's General Purpose Classrooms, please review the available Instructional Services provided by Penn State's Classroom and Lab Computing department.

In addition, the team also provides support for events ranging from meetings and conferences to career fairs, formal dinners and graduation celebrations.

To Schedule

All requests for meeting and event services are submitted via Footprints (Smeal Work Order Database) under the Room and Equipment Request category. Each department has a designated individual with access to this system.
