Building maintenance issues.

How do I request building maintenance or repairs?

To request a repair or to report a building maintenance issue in or around the Business Building (ex: light bulb replacement, carpet cleaning, squeaking door, spill on carpet, etc.), please ask your department contact to submit a work order into Footprints under the OPP Request category.

Emergency?

Call the RIIT Group at 865-0366 with all urgent issues such as water leaks, an overflowing toilet, safety hazards, broken glass, etc., and the issue will be referred immediately to the OPP Work Reception Center. If it is after hours and the RIIT Group offices are closed, please report all facilities emergencies directly to the work reception center at 865-4731.
