The RIIT Group provides hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones and other IT devices.

Chat online with an IT Specialist for assistance with basic IT questions such as how to share your calendar with others, what an error or pop-up message means, etc.
For more involved requests such as new computer setups, printer troubleshooting, software installs, etc, please ask your department staff assistant to submit a work request into the Smeal IT work order database (Footprints).
If you experience "the blue screen of death" or a system error and you've tried rebooting your computer without success, you are stuck and unable to work. This situation is an emergency and requires same day assistance. Please call the RIIT Group at 865-0366 for assistance.
