Online forms and applications are a convenient way gather information, ask for feedback, and to allow your users to complete tasks at a time and place that is convenient for them. The RIIT Group offers programming services for both online forms and applications. Simple forms, such as an RSVP are considered "forms," while large forms that require multiple users, and administrative controls are considered "applications."
To submit a request for the development of a new form or application, or to request changes to an existing form or application, please have your department's web contact submit a work order in the web section of footprints.
