The RIIT Group provides hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones and other IT devices.
Routine Requests
For more involved requests such as new computer setups, printer troubleshooting, software installs, etc, please ask your department staff assistant to submit a request using the Smeal Service Management Portal.
Emergency Requests
If you experience "the blue screen of death" or a system error and you've tried rebooting your computer without success, you are stuck and unable to work. This situation is an emergency and requires same day assistance. Please call the RIIT Group at 865-0366 for assistance.
