The CRM Team supports the College's Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solution, Salesforce, which is a platform designed to help Smeal increase enrollments, streamline communications, and improve efficiency across-the-board with Smeal constituents. Our team not only manages the platform itself but also supports tools that enhance core CRM functionality - such as event management - and complex integrations with other systems within the University.
