- Identify key features and tools of Canvas and their basic functions
- Design and deliver assignments, quizzes, and discussions
Register for Canvas Training Session - 5/9/17
Please note that each training session has been structured into segments. The first hour of each session will cover the key features and tools of Canvas and their basic functions. The second two hours will focus on a deeper dive into specific topics that vary by session. Three of the sessions will also feature a final hour providing an opportunity for you to receive one-on-one support from Canvas team members.
In addition to the training sessions we will also host Canvas Camps (walk-in, one-on-one support) for any questions you may have following the Canvas trainings or after working with Canvas on your own. These sessions will be held in the RIIT Group Conference Room, 011B, at the following dates/times:
- Friday, May 5 – 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday, May 8 – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday, May 9 – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday, May 10 – 9:00 AM – Noon
- Thursday, May 11 – 9:00 AM – Noon
- Friday, May 12 – 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
