Instructions for conference room 337

Conference Room 337 is equip with an 80” HD TV, a table PC, a Show Me cable collaboration system, a data projector and screen, and a wireless conference phone in addition to the fixed conference table with 12 chairs.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE FURNITURE OR EQUIPMENT FROM THIS ROOM.

Connect to the TV Display

SHOW THE TABLE PC

  • Select TV-ON/OFF at the three-button control switch to turn on the TV.
  • Select TABLE PC-SHOW at the three-button control switch to show the table PC.

Note: When connecting or switching devices, allow a moment (20 or 30 seconds) for the display to appear before pressing any other buttons.

CONNECT Show Me CABLES

  • Select and plug-in a compatible Show Me cable for your device.
  • Press the cable's "share" button. The button lights up blue when connected to your device.

Tip: To send the signal from your laptop to display you may need to hold the Windows key + [P] and select duplicate, or hold the function key [Fn] + [F8]. For Apple press the command key + [F1].

Connect to Wi-Fi

  • psuwirelesssetup - Click on link to get set up for Penn State Wireless.
  • psu - Login using PSU username and password.
  • attwifi - Using a Web browser enter any website address and then agree to the Terms of Service on the AT&T Wi-Fi connection page.

Important: Connecting to PSU Wireless requires installation of a wireless client on the device (except when using Windows 8 or above). Local calls require you to follow these steps.

  • Press ON and listen for the dial tone.
  • For dialing within the 814 area code: Dial 8 + 7-digit number.

Long distance calls require you to follow these steps.

  • Press ON and listen for the dial tone.
  • Enter the access code 175 and wait for the dial tone.
  • Enter your authorization code followed by the # sign and wait for the dial tone.
  • For dialing outside the 814 area code: Dial 8 + 1 + area code + 7-digit number.
