387 Conference Room Instructions

Conference Room 387 is equipped with an equipment rack from which presentations are controlled and the attached VGA/audio cable, a ceiling mounted multimedia projector, a projector screen, and a wireless conference phone in addition to the 6 mobile classroom tables with 12 chairs.

Call the RIIT Group 814-865-0366 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday if you are experiencing problems with the equipment or a presentation.

Connect to the Projector

  • Connect a laptop to the VGA with audio connection located at the center of the credenza using the existing cable.

    Tip: Check the VGA cable connections. Make sure that these connections are securely attached.

  • Lower the projection screen using the buttons located on the wall found near the beige service phone.
  • Turn on the ceiling projector using the provided remote control found inside the credenza cabinet.

    Note: The projector displays at 1024 x 768 resolution. Adjust your computer settings to match this resolution.

  • psu - Login using PSU username and password.
  • attwifi - Using a Web browser enter any website address and then agree to the Terms of Service on the AT&T Wi-Fi connection page.

Important: Connecting to PSU Wireless requires installation of a wireless client on the device (except when using Windows 8 or above). Local calls require you to follow these steps.

  • Press ON and listen for the dial tone.
  • For dialing within the 814 area code: Dial 8 + 7-digit number.

Long distance calls require you to follow these steps.

  • Press ON and listen for the dial tone.
  • Enter the access code 175 and wait for the dial tone.
  • Enter your authorization code followed by the # sign and wait for the dial tone.
  • For dialing outside the 814 area code: Dial 8 + 1 + area code + 7-digit number.
