On the homepage for your section of the website, click the Contents tab found in the black bar.

Browse to the page that you want to use as a template for your new page by clicking on the appropriate folders in the contents area. When you find the page you want to copy, do not click on it. Instead, put a check mark in the box beside that file name, then click the Copy button at the top of the page.

You will get a message that says,  Item(s) copied. There will now be a Paste button near the Copy button at the top of the page. Click the Paste button.

You will get a message that says, Item(s) pasted, and you will see your newly copied page as the last item in the contents table in private state. Click the link in the contents table for the new page and then begin editing your page by clicking the Edit tab.

Be sure to update the Title and description of the page.

Add your page content, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save. Be sure to review the page to make sure the content is correct, and that there are no misspellings.

Next, you need to return to the Contents area. Once there, scroll down to the new page copy at the bottom of the table. Put a check mark next to it and click Rename. A form will open containing fields for New Short Name and New Title. Notice that the short name, which is just another name for URL, is similar to copy_of_page-title."  Highlight and remove this, and rename it based upon the new page title. The short name should be all lowercase, with dashes in place of any spaces or punctuation. An example would be to rename copy_of-about-riit to our-goals. Once finished, click Save.
